PRICING BY RITA'S BEAUTY LINE PERMANANET MAKEUP AND SKINCARE

When scheduling your permanent makeup appointment with Rita's Beauty Line, please keep in mind the following policies:

• Permanent makeup is a two-appointment procedure consisting of a consultation and procedure (approximately 2-2.5 hours) and a touch-up appointment 4-6 weeks later (approximately 1.5 hours).
• A deposit is required to secure your actual procedure appointment, and an approximate 2.5 hour or longer block of time is reserved for your procedure.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you are late for 15 minutes, we may need to cancel your appointment. A late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of your deposit.
• We accept cash, Visa, and Zelle payments.
• If you have had permanent makeup applied previously, the technician will not be responsible for color inconstancy, fading, or any other problem relating to the new procedure. Full price fees will be charged for each procedure.
• If getting your lip blush and if you have ever had a cold sore, you must take Zovirax, Valtrex, or other anti-viral pre and post procedure to prevent the outbreak of cold sores. It is not the technician's responsibility if you have a cold sore outbreak after the permanent makeup application, and the treatment payment will not be refunded.
• The touch-up appointment is considered to be the second visit within our company for the same procedure only. If someone else did your permanent makeup, you are not qualified for a touch-up until you have had an initial procedure done with Rita's Beauty Line Permanent Makeup.
• Any follow-up appointment scheduled longer than 9 weeks after your initial appointment is no longer considered a follow-up.
